Losing Weight and Becoming Healthy

Single parents have a special challenge with their weight loss goals.  When you are a single parent, finding time for the basics of life is challenging in itself, much yet fitting in exercise or healthy eating.  Don't let the idea seem virtually hopeless.

How do single parents lose weight?

#6 Eat breakfast everyday, and then eat every 3 hours or so.
